I hope my stateside readers have a relaxing Memorial Day planned! I’m about to take a long walk and get some groceries to make veggie burgers tonight. I must admit I am procrastinating on these plans to eyeball some of the amazing sales happening right now. Is it time for me to get one of the Mara Hoffman swimsuits I have been dreaming of??

Net-a-Porter’s famed sale has started and some very dreamy things are marked down up to 50%.

Barney’s Warehouse is taking and additional 30% off of their already seriously discounted prices(!!!)

Nordstrom is having their biannual supersale and these Prada sandals are calling my name.

Shopbop has added 1000s of new styles to their sale and some are marked down as much as 70%!

Happy sale shopping and enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend! xx

I mentioned a few posts ago that I snagged some 90s Prada sweater crop tops for a steal recently. This one I got on the Real Real! I have a serious thing for cropped short sleeve sweaters. This skirt was also a steal, it’s from ASOS on sale for $42. Pretty happy I found it, I’m into anything PVC. Last week Jeff and I went to see the Fifth Element in theater, it was so inspiring to revisit the costumes Jean Paul Gaultier did for it. I think that might be why I ordered this skirt, actually.

Everyone always asks me on Instagram how comfortable these Dior shoes are, and the truth is that they aren’t really at all. They’re really tall, you can’t walk incredibly fast in them. Luckily thanks to the double wrap ankle strap, you feel pretty securely strapped into them. Otherwise I’d be afraid to fall out of them.

I have been wanting to show you guys this dress for a while! It’s a Lilie Rubin dress and it is so 80s it hurts. This is one of my favorite vintage labels to hunt for because everything Lilie Rubin is over the drop drama. Seriously, run an eBay search, you’ll find a lots of sequins, lots of ruffles, and lots of fringe! This is one of the more subdued pieces I own by Lilie Rubin. The all-over sequin embellishment gives this dress a lot of weight so it has a really flattering hang to it. No idea what the letters are attempting to spell out. I love the dropped sleeve on it too, that’s an 80s thing that really needs to come back in my opinion.

One of the reasons I was inspired to shoot with this dress recently is because my friend Sheri from Shrimpton Couture just put a different version of this dress in her shop. I am dying over it! I so wish I owned the version with the fringe.

Wearing it here with Prada smoking lips sandals from many years ago, a Fendi ‘Dotcom’ bag, and vintage earrings.
